Have you changed your mind about your purchase and want to cancel your order?

In order to be able to deliver your package within the promised time frame, your order is automatically sent to our logistics center after purchase and prepared for shipment. For this reason, unfortunately, it is usually not possible for us to cancel orders. If the device hasn't been delivered to you yet, contact us immediately at help@dailysilkyskin.com and we'll tell you how to not receive it and get a refund (shipping costs excluded).

If your order has been delivered and you have already opened the package, however, it will not be possible for us to proceed with a return request.
In fact, we inform you that our products do not enjoy the right of withdrawal.
According to the law "The right of withdrawal is not exercised in the case of supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery".
