2. You must have completed at least 6 treatments and take a photo of the treated area before and after each treatment;
3. If you don't see improvements send the 6 photos to help@dailysilkyskin.com;
4. To take advantage of the guarantee, no more than 45 days must have passed since the order.
5. The images sent must have the date present and visible in the photo;

If you do not respect our conditions we will not be able to issue a refund. Incomplete applications cannot be refunded, you will have to send all the required data to be able to take advantage of the 45 day guarantee. If successful, we will explain how to proceed.

We are free to (reasonably) refuse a refund if we are not satisfied with the evidence provided.

If the product is purchased despite having been written by us on our site, on our social networks, via email or any other channel that may not be effective due to skin tone, hair or any other reason indicated by us, it will not be possible to obtain the reimbursement.
