Shipping information

Shipping is free for all our customers.

Your order will be processed within 24/48 working hours of confirmation. Due to the high number of orders we are receiving, the parcels will be delivered in 10/14 days from the moment of evasion.

We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the address entered is correct. If you entered the data incorrectly, send an email to help@dailysilkyskin.com within 8 hours of order confirmation.

Remember to immediately indicate the order number and the correct data, this will help us to ship it as soon as possible. If the package is delivered but it was not you who received it, contact the courier.

If the package is returned to the warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery, you may need to collect it from the point closest to you.

If it is necessary to send it again to a different address, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Daily silky skin is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any claim must be forwarded to the competent courier. In any case, we are always here to help you!
