Warranty for manufacturing defects
We offer 1 year guarantee on our products.
If your device has a defect, follow these steps:
- Make a video of the defect;
- Send the video by mail to help@dailysilkyskin.com;
- Once approved, the steps will be explained to you!
You have 1 year from the day the order arrives to take advantage of the guarantee, if you fail to follow the steps indicated or exceed 1 year you will not be able to take advantage of the guarantee.
Our products do not enjoy the right of withdrawal, in fact according to the law "The right of withdrawal is not exercised in the case of supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and were opened after delivery". Any defect or damage due to delivery must be notified no later than 48 working hours from the delivery date.
